Because God first loved us, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus. To help neighbors in need, build relationships, and share Jesus’s love in our community, near Eagle River, across the USA, and around the world. Whether through acts of service, providing resources, or simply being present, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of those around us as demonstration of God’s love for us. Locally, we are recently involved in:

• Care for the Environment - Highway Cleanup - The church has adopted a 2 mile section of Highway 70 which we maintain annually….and have fun doing it.

• Food Assistance – School Backpack Program, Northland Pines School Lunch Debts Program, First UCC Gardening Club for Vilas County Food Pantry.

• Community Outreach – Visiting nursing homes, enhancing music opportunities, camp programs, supporting older citizens, and assisting families in crisis at Frederick Place, WXPR, Caritas, and Melody of Compassion Caritas gift cards.

• Creature Care - Totally Pawsome, Wild Instincts, Humane Society, Heifer Project

• Monthly Collections – Fall school supplies for children, Thanksgiving meals, winter mittens and hats, blankets and food for Animal Rescue.

• Hands-On Help – Assisting with home repairs, yard work for elderly or disabled neighbors, and offering transportation to those who need it.

• Social Justice - Tri-County Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, ReMember Pine Ridge Reservation

• Crisis Relief - LA Wildfires, Hurricane Relief, Minnesota UCC Family Support
